Thai Airways International (TG) is set to launch a second scheduled flight between Bangkok (BKK) and Denpasar (DPS) next month.
Starting October 27, the BKK-based airline will add a second daily frequency on the popular route to accommodate the increased passenger demand during the busy year-end holiday season for travel to Bali. The new flight will be operated using an Airbus A320 aircraft.
The additional daily service, designated as TG 439, will depart from BKK at 12:35 PM (local time), arriving in DPS at 6:00 PM (local time). The return service, TG 440, will take off from DPS at 7:00 PM (local time) and reach BKK at 10:15 PM (local time). According to Business Insider, TG’s Royal Silk Class will not be available on this route, as it is operated by the narrow-body A320.
TG’s existing daily flight to DPS will continue to operate as scheduled. Flight TG 431 departs BKK at 8:50 AM (local time) and arrives in DPS at 2:15 PM (local time). The return flight, TG 432, leaves DPS at 4:10 PM (local time), arriving back at BKK at 7:25 PM (local time).
This flight is operated with either an Airbus A350-900 or a Boeing 777-300ER, which features lie-flat seating in a 1-2-1 configuration in Royal Silk Class.
